The Women in Camp Summit is designed to fuel both your professional and personal growth. Our action-packed schedule includes inspiring speakers, skill-building sessions, and opportunities to learn from other women in the industry. We want you to walk away with fresh insights and practical strategies to bring back to your camp community.
At WICS, connection is key, so this year we’ve included hotel accommodations in the registration fee. We’ve created a space where you can network, share your experiences, and form lasting friendships. Whether you prefer social, high-energy activities or quieter moments to reflect and recharge, there’s something for everyone. You’ll have plenty of chances to connect with like-minded professionals in ways that feel comfortable and meaningful to you, and if you need to take a moment away from the hubbub in your hotel room, you can do so.

Staying onsite at the Crowne Plaza, you get to immerse yourself fully in the Women in Camp Summit community. We encourage you to invest in yourself and get the most out of your learning opportunities. The gift of being present and engaged within the Summit atmosphere will help to maximize your experience.
Registration is Included!
Your registration fee includes Wednesday, 1/14, and Thursday, 1/15, 2026. The Crowne Plaza offers both double and single room options. If you already know who you’d like to room with, let us know at registration!
If you don’t require a hotel room, please contact us at registration@acail.org for information on alternative pricing.
If you would like to arrive early or stay later, you can add on additional nights to your registration.
Already registered? Email registration@acail.org to get additional nights at a discounted rate.
By staying on-site, you’ll also avoid the hassle of commuting through Chicago area traffic each day!
Getting to the Summit
The greater Chicagoland area is packed with various transportation options. From its historic railway system to its modern roadways, from our elevated train system to our airports. There are many ways one can get to Chicago!
The Women in Camp Summit is being held at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare Hotel & Conf Ctr, which is in a suburb about 15 minutes from O’Hare International Airport (ORD) and about 45 minutes from downtown Chicago. Getting to and from anywhere in the Chicagoland area usually requires multiple forms of transportation unless you plan to drive. But never fear; we have plenty of travel tips for you!
