Women In Camping are concerned about every part of your health. Here's how we're working hard to keep you safe, healthy, and feeling comfortable during the Summit:

We Encourage

  • all those who feel more comfortable or who are exhibiting symptoms of a respiratory infection of any kind to wear a mask throughout the Summit

  • everyone to test for COVID prior to arriving at the Summit to avoid bringing anything with you

  • folks to open themselves up to listening, learning, and asking questions

  • an environment where every is accepted and valued for who they are and what they have to Bring to the Table

We'll Provide

  • healthy meals and snacks

  • breaks throughout the day

  • quiet spaces for recharging - yourself and your devices!

  • "buddy benches" if you'd like to chat and make new friends

  • a board game and puzzle station

  • opportunities to play, to connect with folks in Affinity Groups, enjoy exciting evening programs (along with all the amazing professional development sessions!)

  • fidget baskets during sessions

  • hand sanitizers in all the rooms

  • masks, kleenex and hand sanitizer in your gift bags

We’ve Ensured

  • all meals will be portable and can be eaten in your hotel room should you so choose (or outside if you're very brave!)

  • certain tables will be allocated in the dining area with fewer chairs to provide more space between participants

  • each of the breakout rooms will also have areas where chairs are more spread out

  • we'll even have taller tables at the back for those who prefer to stand during the session
